Everything we do is with the goal of putting a smile on your face.We are searching for bright and talented General Manager candidates with experience in high volume (average annual sales $2.5 million) fast-casual restaurant management to lead the growth of this quickly emerging concept. The ideal candidate must possess a track record and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, mentoring and developing others, and thrive in an environment of rapid expansion and personal development. Our leaders must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management.RequirementsIdeal candidate will have the following:Minimum 2-3 years fast-casual restaurant management experienceStrong organizational, communication, delegation, and leadership skillsCommitment to providing outstanding guest servicePassion for developing and mentoring a teamTrack record of achieving financial resultsStrong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophySalary Range & BenefitsStarting Salary Range is $55,000 – $70,000/yr. based on experienceVERY Generous Bonus PotentialCompany Stock Incentive Plan (coming in 2017)Medical Insurance with Generous Company ContributionVery Balanced LifestyleExcellent Opportunities for Career Growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
