We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Rental Agent to present and lease properties to prospective renters or represent our landlords using our extensive database. Your goal is to identify potential clients, convert them into tenants, and help maintain strong occupancy rates across Greater Boston. About the Role The Rental Agent will show apartments, respond to rental inquiries, qualify prospective tenants, and assist landlords with listing exposure and tenant placement. Your goal is to generate rental activity, convert leads into clients, and maintain strong occupancy rates.
