Join a fast-growing start-up spirits brand Our client, backed by a leading wine & spirits importer, is expanding its presence in the greater Boston area


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with on-trade and off-trade customers to increase product visibility
  • Enhance product placement and optimize promotional displays in retail channels
  • Plan and execute brand activations, tastings, and events to boost brand awareness
  • Conduct market analysis and adjust sales strategies based on insights
  • Lead educational sessions for trade partners and consumers
  • Advocate for the wine and liquor portfolio, building brand loyalty
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business growth
  • Manage Distributor Relationships
  • Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and sales efforts
  • Travel around the state as required


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in the wine or spirits industry
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Resides in the territory, with flexibility for travel, evenings, and weekends
  • Must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license


Compensation + Benefits:

  • Salary: $100-130k (based on experience)
  • Bonuses: 20% bonus on reaching KPIs (interactions, cases sold, etc)
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision (100%), 401k with 5% match, PTO (10 days vacation, 5 PTO, increasing with tenure)
