D365 F&O Senior Solution Architect

Job Description The Senior Solution Architect will apply advanced analytical skills and deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to design reliable solutions with a focus on quality deliverables. Key functional knowledge includes supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations, and finance. Responsibilities: Oversee the design and implementation of business solution components and support specialists across technical and business disciplines. Identify and creatively solve complex customer problems, envisioning essential processes to help clients meet their objectives. Deliver strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes and communicate effectively. Build executive‑level relationships, serving as the first point of escalation for solution issues. Engage in the identification, pursuit, and closure of strategic business development activities while supporting ongoing projects. Manage presales discoveries, analyze an organization's business processes, and demonstrate how Hitachi Solutions and Microsoft Dynamics can address customer requirements. Qualifications: 5+ large‑scale ERP implementations using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Minimum 10 years ERP experience, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O. Presales experience preferred, with knowledge of sales processes. Ability to guide implementation teams on ALM, environment strategy, integration strategy, data migration strategy, security strategy, and related areas. Knowledge of emerging Microsoft technologies: Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data Lake, DevOps, RSAT. Experience with Common Data Services (Dual Write) for integration with Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Services. Strong project collaboration: work with project managers, program managers, and teams to ensure successful implementations. Coaching and mentoring team members; conducting peer reviews. Familiarity with project implementation methodology, LCS, and ability to adapt quickly. Intellectual curiosity about emerging enterprise technologies. Experience working with ISVs and IPs. Additional Qualifications: BA/BS or equivalent post‑secondary degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline. Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations certifications. Strong industry and product knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations. Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills for C‑level audiences. Excellent organizational, multi‑tasking, and quality‑focused skills; self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Track record delivering the full project life cycle.
