They are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the marinas and events as scheduled. Supervisory Responsibilities: · None. Duties/Responsibilities: Assisting Machine Operators with: · Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors · Vacuum carpets, rugs, draperies · Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery · Dust and polish furniture and fittings · Clean metal fixtures and fittings · Tidy rooms and wipe down glass surfaces · Clean restrooms, pool area and locker rooms · Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers · Wash windows as scheduled · Empty and clean trash containers; dispose of trash in a sanitary manner · Clean boat docks, parking lots, and marina public areas · Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition · Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements · Ability to travel between Marinas via company provided vehicles · Provide support to banquet hall and outdoor events as assigned · Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: · Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends · Must have a Valid Driver’s License · Must be able to communicate quickly and effectively · Ability to handle equipment and vehicles safely and sensibly · Must be self-directed Education and Experience: · Valid Driver’s License required · Housekeeping/Janitorial experience of 1 year preferred Physical Requirements: · Ability to maintain single-task focus and situational awareness. · Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and walk for extended periods of time · Ability to lift 50 lbs./more
