Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our cardiovascular program, you will be responsible for preparing equipment and providing patient care during procedures. Maintaining a sterile environment is crucial in this role, and you will work closely with our team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists to ensure the highest level of care for our patients. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare equipment before and during procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Identify and assess patient condition, preparing and positioning them for treatment as needed. Establish and maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures. Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and training. Use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing other delegated tasks. Qualifications and Requirements:

Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology program or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications, including American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS). Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within our dedicated team. Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.
