Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with export laws and regulations to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate and arrange shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Negotiate contracts and rates to optimize shipping solutions.
• Track and manage shipment progress, addressing delays or issues proactively.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain transparency on shipment updates.
• Offer insights and guidance on export compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, international trade, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in freight forwarding with Rails, Ocean, and Air shipping expertise.
• Knowledge of export compliance and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with Dangerous Goods handling and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
