We invite you to join us in providing exceptional care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Home Healthcare and Hospice program.# We#re seeking dedicated nurses to join our dynamic team serving patients in Brainerd, Crosby, Crosslake, and Aitkin. Enjoy the flexibility to choose your hours and workdays, ranging from 0.2 to 0.8 FTE (8 to 32 hours/week), with daytime shifts available. What We Offer: Flexible schedules, including one holiday and one weekend shift per month. Travel within a 24-mile radius of CRMC, with paid driving time and mileage reimbursement at the federal rate. Competitive hourly wages with time-and-a-half pay for on-call visits (4-hour minimum) and additional compensation for on-call hours. Position Overview We are seeking an independent, adaptable RN who thrives in a collaborative environment, champions teamwork, and brings resilience and professionalism to every interaction. Complete OASIS assessments and medication reconciliations in an electronic medical record system. Qualifications Required: Current Minnesota RN license. Ability to obtain American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Valid Minnesota driver#s license. Preferred: Previous experience in Home Care and/or Hospice settings. Key Skills: Compassionate and patient-focused care. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Confidence in teaching and guiding patients on disease processes and care plans. Position Overview
