Location: Doral, Miami | Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hours per day (Night Shift: 23:59 to 09:00)

Key Role Accountabilities

As an Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee export processes, ensuring they comply with AEO regulations and procedures.
  • Execute Operations: Manage shipments end-to-end within the Export Operations team, maintaining excellent customer service throughout.
  • Drive Profitability: Proactively review and manage files to maximize profitability.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Work closely with customer solutions and relevant departments to maintain and develop strong customer connections.
  • Meet KPIs: Follow standard operating procedures to meet company KPIs, managing operational files proactively.
  • Accurate Billing and Reporting: Ensure timely billing, input accurate purchase costs, and monitor profits for precision in reporting.
  • Handle Quotations: Respond to customer quotations promptly and efficiently according to requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry experience, with Dangerous Goods certification as an advantage.
