Our client is seeking a highly accomplished and results‑oriented Senior Solutions Architect (SA) to be a critical component of their growth team. The successful candidate will be the technical lead for major new Federal opportunities (valued at $100M - $300M+), designing innovative, compliant, and cost‑competitive solutions across areas such as Application Modernization, Cloud Migration, DevSecOps, AI/ML technologies, IT Infrastructure, and Cyber Security. Responsibilities Solution Design: Lead the end‑to‑end technical solutioning for priority bids, working closely with Capture Managers and BD leads to define the technical approach, transition plans, staffing models, and differentiators. Technical Volume Authorship: Serve as the Lead Author for the Technical and Management volumes, ensuring the proposed solution is directly responsive to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and evaluation criteria. Priced‑to‑Win: Collaborate with the Pricing Team to architect cost‑effective solutions (e.g., optimizing cloud consumption) that maintain technical integrity while remaining competitive. Orals & Briefings: Develop and present technical concepts, capabilities, and the overall solution to agency stakeholders during formal oral presentations and pre‑RFP client meetings. Prototyping/Proof‑of‑Concept: Maintain technical skills to quickly conceptualize and manage development of working POCs, wireframes, and reference architectures showcasing innovations (e.g., AI/ML, cloud‑native development, low‑code/no‑code platforms) for client presentations and proposal inclusion. Client Communication: Effectively articulate the business and mission value of complex AI/ML technologies to non‑technical Federal decision‑makers, overcoming adoption hurdles related to data security and governance. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT solution delivery and architecture across a wide range of technologies and enterprise programs – infrastructure, cloud migration, application development, cyber security. Proposal Track Record: 10+ years of full‑lifecycle proposal development in the federal marketplace. Lead Solutions Architect or Technical Volume Lead on at least five (5) major Federal contract bids ($50M). AI/ML Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of Machine Learning models, LLMs, Generative AI (GenAI), and practical experience in developing or integrating AI/ML solutions. Certifications: Current, high‑level technical certification relevant to core growth areas (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience and extended tenure leading large, complex IT programs at top‑tier systems integrator firms. Experience in one or more of the following agencies: DOL, DOJ, HUD/GNMA, FTC, Treasury.
