Cardiac Sonography Technologist 

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Cardiac Sonography Technologist to fill an opening with diverse hospital system in Ft. Collins, CO.

Pay Details: $38.72 - $53.24 +/hr (depending on experience and internal equity

Daily Responsibilities for Cardiac Sonography Technologist:
  • Performs echocardiography procedures, selecting transducers based on anatomy and differentiating normal from abnormal structures.
  • Acquires and analyzes imaging results to ensure sufficient diagnostic information and identify quality issues.
  • Reviews patient history, educates patients on procedures, and prepares/ administers contrast media or medications if necessary.
  • Enters, transmits, and reports scan results, monitoring patient condition and reporting status changes.

Shift - Flex 

Required Qualifications for Cardiac Sonography Technologist:
  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program.
  • Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
  • No previous experience required
