Wireless CCTV is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Account Manager interested in joining our expanding Sales organization for the Houston, TX metropolitan area. The successful candidate comes to us with a proven track record in sales to new and existing customers in the security systems, electronics or telecom related industries.
Wireless CCTV LLC (WCCTV) US headquarters in Richardson, Texas is the market leader for rapid deployment, mobile surveillance systems specifically designed to deliver video securely and efficiently via 4G LTE networks. The Company prides itself on developing innovative, customer-focused products and providing world-class customer support services.
Work Location: Candidate must be based in the Houston area and have ability to regularly travel throughout the Houston and South Texas areas.
The Role
The Regional Sales Account Manager is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, providing account management and opportunities for additional revenue with existing customer base, and work closely with the internal sales support team to deliver an effective sales strategy that maximizes revenue and profits for WCCTV for the assigned territory. In addition, has overall responsibility for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual headline (revenue and maximum profit) goals and KPIs for the territory.
New Business and Expand Existing Business Revenue
- Generates new business opportunities through researching the market, providing contacts and project opportunities to the internal sales team and following up on sales leads provided through marketing campaigns.
- Attends customer sales meetings booked directly or by the internal sales team. Fully explore each customer’s needs and product requirements and present details on the most relevant WCCTV products and services that will support their needs.
- Prepares detailed quotes and RFPs for customers which maximize revenue and profit in every commercial opportunity. Negotiate all sales orders on the best possible commercial terms to WCCTV.
- Provides excellent account management to the existing customer base within the territory with the goal of increasing sales and revenue opportunities.
Sales Planning
- In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, plans and delivers the monthly sales activity and revenue targets.
- Works hand in hand with the internal Sales Support team to deliver an effective sales strategy for the territory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent along with 3 to 5 years of previous outside sales experience in the CCTV, electronics or related industry.
- Previous experience selling to C level executives through a consultative sales approach is required.
- A proven ability to identify sales opportunities and leverage internal & external resources appropriately. Strong qualification skills are a must to be successful in this role along with a proven ability in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process, pipeline development and sales forecasting.
- An excellent communicator who can build, develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers and internal staff with ease.
- Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail and leadership skills are a must. Demonstrated ability to prepare complete and accurate quotes and proposals as well as sales orders is required.
- Candidates should currently be based in the Houston, TX metroplex and have the ability to drive throughout the Houston, TX metroplex and South Texas areas for sales calls and site surveys. Additional travel outside of area for business meetings, sales calls, tradeshows and other events.
Must currently have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits Offered:
- Competitive base salary of $70,000 per year DOE plus up to $60,000 bonus/commission per year.
- 10 days paid vacation (increases with length of service) + seven (7) paid Company holidays.
- Company provided medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans, 401k Plan with Company match of up to 4% and immediate vesting.
