Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - THE ARBORETUM Bath & Body Works is looking for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at the THE ARBORETUM location. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, helping customers find the right products, and supporting store operations during the holiday season. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Adhere to safety standards; perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, and kneeling as required. Maintain the stores clean, safe, and engaging environment and uphold company policies and procedures. Qualifications Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Proven sales and customer-service results in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
