Description

To achieve maximum occupancy rates through timely working of leads, touring leasing prospects, and closing sales.

Requirements

  • Improve the occupancy level and revenue production of the community by effectively managing leads, generating tours, diligent follow-up, and all other essential activities required to close Resident Agreements.
  • Assisting prospective residents, their families and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and effectively communicating how the community's location, services and programs would fulfill those needs.
  • Participates in in-house and outside marketing events, professional groups and local community involvement to represent the property, distribute marketing materials and increase awareness.
  • Participates in staff meetings and leasing-specific meetings, observes reporting requirements for senior management and ownership as to leasing progress and occupancy growth.
Principal Qualifications:
  • Solid sales experience with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads. Experience in Independent Living/Senior Living, Senior Services or multifamily leasing preferred.
  • Ability to perform persistent prospecting, lead response, present our product, conduct effective property tours, create an impeccable first impression, build solid rapport and close sales.
  • Articulate in both verbal and written communication, presentations, correspondence, etc.
  • Desire to work with the aging population in the senior living arena. Ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible, strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required. Experience with Enquire/Aline and/or Yardi a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
