Job Description Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr Requirement/Must Have Strong understanding of Microsoft .NET and Azure development. Experience in application development. Experience leading application development. Experience with government enterprise application management and customization. Clean, efficient coding practices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience 8 years of recent experience with Microsoft .NET/Azure development. 5 years of application development experience. 2 years of application development lead experience. Experience with government systems such as Accela or OpenGov (preferred). Responsibilities Lead design and development of .NET applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements. Provide technical leadership to the development team. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. Optimize applications for performance and scalability. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs. Stay updated with industry trends and improve development processes. Should Have Local government experience (preferred). Skills Strong experience with C#, VB.NET , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET , Blazor. Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture. Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Experience with Git and CI/CD processes. Understanding of SDLC models and design patterns. Experience with BI reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong collaboration skills. Qualification And Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
