Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff, and helping with mobility as needed.This full-time position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm, allowing you to have a consistent routine while attending the 4-week training program.What you need to be successfulTo excel as a Trained Nursing Assistant at JGS Lifecare, proficiency in computer skills is essential for maintaining accurate resident records and accessing important information. The ability to read and write in English is crucial for comprehending care plans, documenting observations, and communicating effectively with residents and colleagues. Strong interpersonal skills are a must to build rapport with residents and provide compassionate care.Attention to detail is vital for ensuring residents' needs are met with precision and accuracy.
