About the Role:


Sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a PE license to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, planning, and coordinating civil land development projects. Your expertise will support the development of commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial projects. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team, clients, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. This role also involves mentoring, supervising, and training Engineers-in-Training (EITs) during design and construction phases and overseeing the preparation of construction documents.




Responsibilities:



  • Lead the design and engineering of commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial land development projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams on conceptual development, design solutions, and technical problem-solving.
  • Ensure project adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Mentor, supervise, and train engineers and EITs throughout the design and construction process.
  • Develop and coordinate construction documents for various land development projects.
  • Provide technical support during the construction administration phase, ensuring design integrity and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.


Qualifications:



Bachelor’s or master’s degree(s) in Civil Engineering.



Professional Engineering (PE) Licensure.



4-8+ years of recent related experience in civil land development.



Proficiency with design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and other engineering tools.
