Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Architecture: collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, design end‑to‑end solutions, create architecture diagrams, data models, and integration plans. Implementation and Customization: lead configuration, tuning, and optimization of Dynamics 365; develop plugins, workflows, scripts; ensure seamless integration with other systems. Project Management: oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources; provide regular project status updates; conduct testing, training, and post‑implementation support. Technical Leadership: provide technical guidance and mentorship; stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features; advocate best practices.
