Location: This role can be based remotely or in one of our hub locations: New York, NY; Richmond, VA; Charlotte, NC; Los Angeles, CA; Houston, TX
About the Job:
As a Global Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for our organizational clients. You will collaborate with experienced coaches and subject matter experts to create innovative programs that address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by leaders in today's dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client learning objectives and desired outcomes.
- Curriculum Design: Design and develop engaging learning experiences that leverage adult learning principles and incorporate a variety of modalities, such as workshops, coaching sessions, online modules, and peer learning.
- Program Delivery: Facilitate workshops and training sessions, deliver individual and group coaching, and provide ongoing support to clients throughout their learning journey.
- Content Development: Create high-quality learning materials, including presentations, workbooks, case studies, and assessments.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, coaches, and internal team members to ensure alignment and successful program implementation.
- Evaluation and Impact Measurement: Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and demonstrate impact on client performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in curriculum development and delivering training programs for leaders and managers.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning initiatives.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in facilitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing leadership development programs to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational change.
- Familiarity with various assessment tools and methodologies.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
