The Norman Regional Health System seeks a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join its team in delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves preparing equipment and ensuring a sterile environment for cardiovascular procedures, while collaborating with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals. Job Summary: Prepare and position equipment for procedures, maintaining a sterile environment. Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Serve as a preceptor for new staff members, facilitating their integration into the team. Maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to promote excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate patient preparation and positioning for procedures. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures. Develop and maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines. Provide effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
