We are looking for a self‑motivated Senior Project Manager with a proven project management record to own strategic, tactical, and cross‑functional projects focusing on Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, and Copilot. Create and manage project plans Define project schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, and resolve/prevent issues Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings Document and follow up on action items from meetings Develop and manage documentation and client‑facing deliverables Proactively ensure project timelines and budgets are met Support the procurement process and manage client delivery Contribute to monthly project forecasting Identify and manage project scope, changes, risks, mitigation plans, and issue/action plans Support multiple projects simultaneously Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and executive sponsors Requirements 5+ years of end‑to‑end delivery experience and communication with senior leadership Experience building processes, project plans, and schedules Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Power Platform Local to the South or Central Jersey area preferred (hybrid opportunities available) Project Management certification is preferred Benefits Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance and 401(k) Opportunity to work with a highly motivated, customer‑focused team Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior; Employment Type: Full‑time; Location: New Jersey (hybrid preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
