Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Backend Developer to architect and drive backend development for enterprise-grade systems. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong foundation in scalable backend technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead backend development efforts across complex software projects. Design and implement robust APIs (REST/SOAP) for seamless integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance backend solutions. Optimize data operations using Redis and ensure low-latency performance. Conduct performance testing and tuning using tools like JMeter. Deploy and manage containerized services using Kubernetes. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy and decision-making. Skills and Requirements 10+ years of backend development experience. Proven leadership in backend architecture and team management. Strong proficiency in: Java / SpringBoot, Python, REST / SOAP API development, Redis, Kubernetes. Experience with Jmeter for performance testing and optimization. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments.
