Historic Petersburg is part of Virginias Tri-Cities which includes Colonial Heights, Hopewell and the surrounding counties of Dinwiddie, Prince George, Surry and Sussex. Steeped in history it is has convenient access to several major highways. A 23 mile drive north will take you to Richmond the Commonwealth capital of Virginia or continue for another 80 miles to visit our nations capital Washington DC.
