Our dedication to pushing boundaries and creating innovative offerings sets us apart. Currently, we are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tasting Room Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the continued success of Tierra Sur and Herzog Wine Cellars. What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer experiences to build brand loyalty through greeting visitors and building relationships with guests. Serve wines in accordance with Tierra Sur training and standards. Handle high volume wine and merchandise transactions. Present the benefits of Wine Club programs and contribute to its growth. Ensure smooth daily operations, including effective communication, managing traffic flow, and engaging guests. Assist with Wine Club shipments, handling wine case logistics, and meeting sales targets. What You'll Need to Succeed: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a wine tasting room, marketing, public relations, hospitality, or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Attention to detail, responsiveness, judgment, and proactive organization and planning skills Customer service-focused with a professional and courteous demeanor Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills What Tierra Sur Offers You: Competitive hourly wage, along with opportunities to earn tips and sales bonuses based on performance.
