Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Specialty: Medical Surgical - Oncology

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Guaranteed Hours: Flexible contracts available (36 or 48 hours)

Experience: Minimum 1 year required; Basic Life Support (AHA) - pending acceptable if willing to obtain

Must-Have:
- Minimum 1-year experience in Med/Surg
- Willingness to work with a variety of staff (e.g., br>- Will float to other Med/Surg units depending on hospital needs.
- Work every other weekend.
- Staffing ratio is typically 1:5-6 for nights. May flex to 8 patients, with LPN support if needed.
- Work with various patient types including ortho/neurovascular, cardio/pulmonary, and surgical patients (GI, urology, hysterectomies, mastectomies).
- Floating to different units may occur approximately once per week.
- Holidays are usually required, and holiday time-off requests may not be guaranteed.
- Flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions only.

Ensure to complete any necessary lab work within 48-72 hours of contract signing. If opting for flu vaccine exemption, submit within 48 hours of contract signing. References and proof of flu vaccination required upon application submission.
