The Marketing Specialist is critical to the future of our organization You are the primary owner of all things marketing. You deliver exceptional and meaningful content. You know how to call clients to action. You easily shift the complex into digestible. You are a master communicator but also excel in other areas of marketing like design, event planning and management, online presence, analytics, and more. You are going to be tech savvy, an adopter of change and always willing to help. You are naturally curious, and you are capable of identifying opportunities and managing projects to completion.


Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the firm's growth goals and brand identity.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and client-facing materials.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the firm’s brand image, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Website and SEO Management: Oversee the firm's website, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience while maintaining up-to-date and relevant content.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors and leadership to understand business objectives and align marketing efforts with these goals.
  • Client Acquisition Support: Develop targeted marketing initiatives aimed at attracting high net worth clients and expanding our client base.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, including graphic designers, web developers, and advertising agencies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to industry regulations and internal compliance standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills and skilled at crafting compelling “storylines”
  • 3+ years’ Marketing experience within wealth management, financial planning, investment management
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools and Microsoft Office
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to create effective marketing strategies
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills; builds relationships and effectively collaborates with colleagues from adjacent teams
  • Maintains diplomatic communication style, while comfortably delivering direct and honest insights
  • Skilled at synthesizing information from various sources and quickly distilling insights and implications
  • Adheres to high standards of data integrity when analyzing and drawing conclusions
  • Strong, highly engaged people manager who enjoys mentoring junior talent
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
