About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our team of pioneers, committed to creating forward-looking solutions in the food equipment industry. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on engineering projects and work closely with project management and the design manager

Required Skills (MUST HAVE) -

  • As a Senior Process Engineer, your main responsibilities will include overseeing the completion of P&IDs, mass balances, and DSI equipment specifications.
  • You must have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical.
  • 5+ years of evaporation, spray drying, or other food equipment experience.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter, hardworking, and able to tackle large complex tasks with ease. Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD) and basic 3D (SolidWorks) skills, as well as Microsoft Excel, is a must.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and travel Internationally.


This full-time hybrid position allows for a balance between remote and in-office work, with up to 25% travel required. Must be willing and able to commute to our New London, MN office.
