**Functieomschrijving**
Als Analytical Service Manager stel je de analyse rapporten op en beoordeel je de resultaten op basis van de wettelijke normen en klantspecificaties. Je zorgt dat dit tijdig gebeurd, je bent namelijk ook verantwoordelijk voor de turnaround time. Je speelt in op de persoonlijke behoefte van de klant en bouwt mee aan duurzame relaties. Klanten vinden in jou een professionele gesprekspartner, op basis van jouw kennis ondersteun jij de klant met al hun vragen en problemen. Zo weet jij wanneer we bijvoorbeeld bredere onderzoeken moet voostellen of nieuwe testen moeten inzetten.
**Functie-eisen**
Onze ideale kandidaat is in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma van een relevante richting. Je hebt een proactieve en kwaliteitsgerichte houding. Je werkt accuraat, raakt niet snel in de stress, hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt graag in teamverband.
