We are a well-established private practice with over 25 years of dedicated service in the greater Phoenix AZ community. Due to our expansion, we want to add an experienced Pediatric focused Optometrist to our team. All eight of our offices are updated, remodeled, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring the best care for our patients.

Position Overview:

Although a true Pediatric Optometrist is preferred, we welcome any general optometrist who wishes to transition into a pediatric centered role. The ideal candidate will be patient, respectful, and possess excellent chairside manners.

Our hands-on approach and on-site support team, provide a comfortable/accommodating environment for those not heavily experienced within the pediatric space to develop and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for pediatric patients.
  • Diagnose and manage various ocular conditions and diseases.
  • Provide personalized care and treatment plans for young patients.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure understanding of treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow all compliance regulations.
  • Participate in community outreach and education initiatives related to pediatric eye health.

Qualifications:


  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in pediatric optometry is preferred, but general optometrists with a desire to specialize in pediatrics are welcomed.
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
