Known for its people-first mentality, this company invests in its employees and provides opportunities to stay ahead with the latest technologies.About the RoleAs an IT System Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert providing proactive and reactive support for a diverse set of clients. This role offers the chance to work across multiple platforms, including both Windows and macOS environments, while managing systems, networks, and cloud solutions.What You’ll DoProvide advanced support for Windows and macOS environments.Handle Tier 2+ escalated tickets, resolving complex technical issues.Administer and support Office 365, including migrations.Work with virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi and Hyper-V, including P2V migrations.Support Microsoft Azure environments and firewall administration.Utilize Kaseya for ticketing and monitoring.Write and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for automation and management tasks.What We’re Looking ForMSP experience is required.Strong background in system and network support for SMB environments.Hands-on expertise with Windows and macOS platforms.Experience with Office 365, Azure, and virtualization technologies.Knowledge of firewall configurations and support.Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell preferred).MUST have experience with KaseyaExcellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.What We OfferComprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance.Flexible work-from-home options.401(k) with company match up to 4%.Travel reimbursements and PTO.A collaborative work environment that values professional growth and innovation.Why Join Us?This is your chance to work for a respected IT services provider with a long-standing reputation for excellence.
