Job Summary:

Kelly is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join a premier Food Manufacturing Company in Redmond, WAQuality Control Inspector We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to ensure all quality, food safety parameters, regulatory, and customer requirements are met. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $23 per hour. 

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
- Location: Redmond, WA
- Pay Rate: $23 per hour (raise at 520 hours) and benefits
- Shift: Day shift: 8am-4:30pm M-Thurs 7am start on Fri


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform on-line quality and sanitary checks for fry line Line 1 operations
- Evaluate finished product quality grading, and conduct physical and/or chemical analyses of finished fry line Line 1 product
- Collect data, accurately report and record test results, distribute daily reports, and enter data into the Infinity data system
- Apply HACCP compliance and measurement to all job duties
- Initiate corrective actions for any deviations noted during processing
- Participate in and successfully complete training in quality control procedures
- Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-6 months of experience working in a food manufacturing environment or fast-paced environment preferred
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and use a calculator
- Familiarity with computers and database systems, and ability to perform basic data entry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact successfully with the Production Department personnel regarding food safety and quality issues
- Familiarity with the basic tenets of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) approach to food safety
- Ability to work in a potentially loud, wet environment and handle raw seafood products
