SummaryThe Account Executive – ServiceNow Solutions is an experienced, results‑driven sales professional with a proven track record of selling professional and managed services for ServiceNow platforms, modules, and solutions within the partner ecosystem. The role focuses on net‑new logo acquisition and expansion within recently acquired clients, positioning SDI’s ServiceNow consulting and managed services practice for long‑term growth. The successful candidate will have deep experience in the ServiceNow partner ecosystem, a strong grasp of the platform’s value proposition, and the ability to sell large‑scale ServiceNow engagements to C‑level stakeholders and business champions. SDI Presence Offers Competitive salary range: $150,000 – $190,000 per year plus commission (base salary may vary based on location, skills and experience; bonuses or commissions may be additional). Responsibilities Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for SDI’s ServiceNow solutions practice in the Chicagoland market. Develop and execute territory plans to expand ServiceNow market share and capture multimillion‑dollar transactions. Build trusted relationships with client executives (CIO, CTO, CISO, VP of IT, etc.) to understand business challenges and align SDI’s ServiceNow capabilities. Collaborate with SDI’s ServiceNow delivery leaders and technical consultants to shape solutions that address client needs. Lead all stages of the sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pursuit strategy, proposal development, deal close, and contract negotiation. Represent SDI at ServiceNow and industry events, building visibility and thought leadership in the ecosystem. Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Requirements 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT solutions, consulting, or services. 3+ years of direct ServiceNow managed/professional services sales experience (partner or OEM), with a demonstrated track record of exceeding quota. Established relationships with ServiceNow partner ecosystem and regional ServiceNow field teams. Experience selling complex IT services such as implementation, integration, cloud, managed services, or digital transformation. Demonstrated success closing multi‑year ServiceNow deals in the $500K – $10M+ range. Strong understanding of ServiceNow licensing, workflow modules, and implementation lifecycle. Proven ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships and influence buying decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree. Additional Requirements Desired Previous experience at a ServiceNow partner (Global Elite/Elite/ Premier/ Specialist tier) strongly preferred. Understanding of ITIL processes, digital workflows, and enterprise service management trends. Demonstrated ability to contribute to marketing, thought leadership, and community‑building activities. Familiarity with public‑ and private‑sector IT environments in the Midwest.
