Our client has been designing and manufacturing electrical and electronic measuring instruments since 1935 and is listed on the Stock Exchange of Japan. Our client's electrical measuring instruments are used in a broad range of industries and fields, from the maintenance and inspection of electrical work and equipment to the testing of electronic components used in smartphones and computers and the development of electric vehicles, batteries, and solar power generation technologies.

Job Description:

As a Distribution Sales Manager, you will identify new business opportunities and expand current U.S. distributor relationships with key customers. The Distribution Sales Manager will bring best practices for the sales process, lead generation, relationship building, virtual and live presentations, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will be responsible for directly managing distributor relationships and developing and executing business plans to achieve assigned sales and targets.
  • 50% emphasis is on maintaining existing relationships, and 50% emphasis on identifying and developing new distributor partners and/or channels.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales activity in the CRM System
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base = $120-$130k
  • Commission = $25k - $30K
  • Paid quarterly and paid once the order is booked
  • Uncapped commission
  • Projected 1st Year Earnings= $155k
