The Project Coordinator is a junior to mid level position and requires a degree plus 2-5 years of architectural design experience. This is a rare opportunity to do what you love while improving communities and the lives of families everywhere
The Project Coordinator will support the design and build of multi-family affordable housing projects by preparing architectural drawings, construction documentation, submitting bid packs, permitting and coordinating resources to support the overall success of the project team. You will also be responsible for consistently producing accurate and complete documents that fit within the project budget and goals. The anticipated career-path for the Project Coordinator is to gain experience that will set them up to begin leading projects as a Project Manager within the firm.
What are we looking for in a candidate?
- Bachelor in Architecture, Interior Design or Architectural Engineering Technologies.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in the architecture / interior design field.
- Experience with multi-family or affordable housing is a plus.
- Experience utilizing AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a passion for what you do and able to balance ever-changing priorities.
- Inspired, enthusiastic, motivated and above all - ready to learn, grow and push yourself.
- Must have a passion for affordable housing
This is a full time permanent position with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Full benefits package and salary commensurate with experience level.
