Professional Skills:

Instructional Design – Lead learning projects through all phases including needs analysis, stakeholder management, design, development, delivery, and assessment. Utilize all types of delivery methods.
Facilitation - Presents engaging training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
Program/Change Management - develop and implement effective change management strategies which are aligned with organizational goals and needs assessments. Demonstrate strong communication and project planning skills. Help foster an environment that embraces company core values.
Workday Training Lead - Lead training efforts for Workday implementation including, training plan coordination, development, implementation, and facilitation.

Education / Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience, with a diverse portfolio of accomplishments
MS in Learning and Development or equivalent experience
Instructional design certification is a plus
Workday experience is a plus
