Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking food orders, preparing food, and pouring drinks. Some customer service experience is preferred. If this sounds like a great opportunity, apply today

Responsibilities

•Ensure that the restaurant is well stocked with necessary items such as silverware, plates, napkins, and cups of water glasses.
•Assist and support servers during service.
•Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms
•Respond to complaints and issues from customers in a polite and professional manner in accordance with restaurant policy
•Operate kitchen appliances like ice cream dispensers, blenders, and espresso machines to create hot and cold drinks
•Follow cooking instructions, safety precautions, and sanitary regulations as you prepare food with the kitchen team
•Extend a warm welcome and direct customers, if necessary, to a seat or a standing area where they can place an order

Qualifications

•Outstanding time management and organizational skills
•We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
•Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
•Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
