We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist II, Technical Specialist in the Norcross/Atlanta area. This role is a direct hire and ensures a strong GMP environment in a dynamic manufacturing/quality setting.

What you get to do:
Ensure lab alignment with antisera qualification.
Author SOPs, OJTs, and training documentation.
Record and review test results and laboratory documents.
Participate in internal audits and special projects (e.g., Surveys, Validations).
Perform Antisera Qualification duties.
Conduct technical reviews of laboratory documents.
Train and assess lab personnel.
Maintain accurate records following cGMP standards.
Adhere to SOPs, OSHA, and cGMP regulations.
Understand FDA and ISO standards.
Communicate effectively within and across departments.
Support metric implementation and performance.
Participate in SOP review and revisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
MT(ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
1-3 years of Blood Banking experience.
1+ years in a regulated/GMP environment.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salray range:
68k to 70K

Schedule: Monday to Friday
2nd Shift (1pm-9:30pm)
