Full-time positions will be available, part-time/on-call to start. A flexible schedule is vital to the role with the ability to work mornings and/or nights.

Responsibilities

•Ensure the kitchen floors are clean by sweeping and mopping daily
•Prepare dishes by scraping plates, sorting items, and rinsing glassware before loading them into the dishwasher for cleaning
•Monitor and replenish detergents and cleaning supplies, and report any issues with the dishwasher to the supervisor
•Store utensils and dishes in designated areas after unloading them from the dishwasher
•Assist the kitchen staff with any necessary food preparation tasks
•Perform any additional duties assigned by the chef

Qualifications

•Demonstrates a strong work ethic in all tasks
•Arrives punctually for scheduled shifts
•Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
•Must obtain a Food Handlers Card within the first 30 days of employment
•Eligibility to work in the USA is required
