Associate Patient Services Specialist - PATIENT ACCESS, Kadlec Regional Medical Center, Richland, WA

Under the general supervision of the MGR PATIENT ACCESS/SCHEDULING, performs patient registration and pre-registration of scheduled accounts, verify insurance coverage, benefits, and obtains pre-certification, referral or authorizations as needed per insurance requirements; Participates in the collection of up-front revenue due the facility and provides quality customer service to internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6 months Customer service experience.
