This is a new role and requires gravitas to work in conjunction with sales to deliver impactful marketing activity. Working closely with the global marketing team, you will be responsible for: Creating and implementing marketing strategy for North America across institutional and wholesale channels to drive sales growth. Collaborating with the Relationship Group to develop and review sales material to ensure it is compelling and consistent with agreed positioning. Monitoring and reporting on North America’s competitor landscape, creating actionable insights on competitors and how to differentiate the firm’s funds. Managing the North America marketing budget, including its creation and oversight. The ideal candidate will have: Extensive marketing experience within the investment management industry, including responsibility for strategy and budgets. Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and good planning and delivery capability. Comfort with communicating with senior management and people from all areas within the firm. Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally. Strong knowledge of the US (and wider Americas) regulatory environment. Knowledge of the full marketing mix: brand management, digital marketing, investment marketing, and social media.
