We are seeking a highly motivated Business Product Owner to work with subject matter experts and stakeholders in developing our supply chain distribution systems. This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for creativity, critical thinking, and modeling. This person will be expected to take ownership and drive positive change.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to work well with internal and external cross-functional teams.


Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and executes software quality assurance through the development and maintenance of test plans.
Participate in special projects as requested by management.
Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager credentials are preferred.
Experience delivering products on AWS Cloud using React and NodeJs.
Experience in accessing and analyzing data with Tableau.
Tableau and Mongo DB experience.
Experience with Cloud, APIs, DevOps, and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Strategic, innovative, and creative thinker with a solid analytic foundation.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with team members, facilitate discussions, mentor and advocate for team members, negotiate with the business, and resolve conflicts.
Assist in partnering with the business and technical team on solution design with a focus on streamlining workflow and standardizing the event processes.
Assist with solution providers/vendors for gap analysis and plan and prioritize to fill vendor gaps to meet functional requirements.
Assist in partnering with QA team members to optimize defect logging, tracking, prioritization, and remediation.
Provide Post-Production support around enhancements, bug fixes, and new processes.
Provide analytical support. Analyzing data for patterns and trends.
Visualizing data to make it easier to understand.
Presenting data in such a way that it tells a compelling story.
Develop and deploy metrics to answer key business questions.
Communicate complex analysis and insights, both verbally and in writing.




Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or other business/analytical disciplines or equivalent experience.
Ability to write detailed use cases and functional requirements and to work with development members to confirm application design.
Ability to write queries and organize data effectively.
Strong data analytics skills to drive rapid decision-making.
Strong self-leadership and interpersonal skills.
Optimistic, self-motivated, and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes in a time-sensitive environment.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
Supply Chain knowledge and experience are a plus.
Experience in Agile Methodology.
Experience with forecasting.
Understanding of best practice analysis and visualization techniques.
