As a System Administrator, you’ll be part of a team managing mission-critical infrastructure for Identity and Access Management (IdAM) systems supporting national security efforts.Role OverviewIf you're comfortable with both Linux and Windows environments, enjoy scripting and patching, and pride yourself on keeping systems secure and mission-ready—this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systemsMaintain virtual environments and perform OS/software patching (IAVA compliance)Support secure system configurations and maintain audit-ready documentationAssist in system testing, backup strategies, and service migrationsCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to support ongoing accreditation effortsQualificationsBachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience OR 7 years of experience in lieu of a degreeExperience managing RHEL, Windows Server 2016/2019, and virtualized environmentsFamiliarity with patching tools, IAVA remediation, and secure scripting (bash/perl)Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, or IdAM solutionsTS/SCI with Polygraph clearancePrevious experience working in an IdAM or ICAM environmentStrong technical documentation habits and Jira/Confluence familiarityComfort working in both Dev and Production environments across classified systemsCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $100,000 – $130,000.
