Title: Lead Clinician, Specialized Continuous Treatment TeamSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Responsibilities Provides clinical and operational leadership to the SCTT team. Provides regular coaching and professional development to Care Manager, Registered Behavior Technician, and Supported Employment & Education Specialist. Provides case consultation and clinical guidance. Oversees daily team operations. Builds and maintains positive, collaborative team culture. Clinical Intervention & Support Provides enrollment and therapy to Consumers in SCTT. Develops behavior intervention plans to be implemented by the RBT. Care Planning & Documentation Collaborates with treatment team to ensure plans incorporate SMART goals that are data driven and consumer-centered. Works alongside treatment team members to carry out therapeutic interventions identified in the care plan. Documents supervisions, team meetings, in-service trainings, assessments and interventions timely and with high quality, within organizational standards. Crisis Prevention & Intervention Assists with crisis planning to proactively support Consumers in navigating potential crises safely. Responds to urgent/crisis Consumer needs in collaboration with Crisis Services and Treatment Team by developing plans and interventions. Collaboration & Relationship Building Leads daily treatment team meeting, prepared to facilitate and collaborate effectively with team members. Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with Consumers and their supports, treatment team members, and community partners. Provides community outreach to community partners and key stakeholders to promote program and facilitate referrals. Other Responsibilities Responsible for attending all mandatory in‑services, continuing education and annual health requirements. Comply with all corporate compliance policies, practices and procedures. Report all unethical activities to supervisor, corporate compliance office, values hotline number or human resource director. Comply with all OSHA and safety policies, practices, and procedures. Will be compliant with the relevant regulations concerning the privacy and security of consumer’s protected health information (PHI). Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Follow all policies and procedures set by the agency. Requirements Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work (MSW), or related field. Full licensure as an LCSW, LPC or equivalent. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Minimum 3 years of experience working with co‑occurring (IDD/BH) population. Excellent communication, collaboration, initiative, organizational, and coordination skills. Essential Requirements for the Position Valid Tennessee Driver’s License. Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Acceptable Criminal Background Investigation. Cell Phone. Complete all clinical documentation in specified time periods. Demonstrates ability to work independently, make critical decisions and work collaboratively as a team. Demonstrates evidenced informed practice related to clinical care of co‑occurring population. Reporting To This Position Care Manager, SCTT Registered Behavior Technician, SCTT Supported Employment & Education Specialist, SCTT Physical Demands And Work Environment Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Noise level usually moderate.
