Drive consensus on technical decisions and ensure the appropriate resources are employed to deliver high quality results. Lead the development and decomposition of comprehensive functional requirements & specifications, partnering with Product Management Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain. Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at the program level. Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders. Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities. Develop and drive engineering project schedules. Deliver programs across all engineering disciplines including Hardware, Software, Manufacturing, Automation, Regulatory Compliance, Systems, and Quality. Partner with external Automation Integrators and Suppliers to successfully deliver on project goals. Triage, prioritize, and execute against incoming requests from Product Management and Manufacturing. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of technical product or program management experience. 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience. Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules. Experience in hands-on work managing complex technology projects. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
