You'll be handling 1 to 5 bags per batch.Drum Movement: Safely move 55-gallon drums weighing between 100-700 lbs using a drum dolly.Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling dangerous chemicals.What We're Looking For:Education:High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required)Skills & Qualifications:Strong Math Skills: Ability to accurately calculate quantities and measurements.Hands-On Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with your team.Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate handling and mixing of materials.Physical Requirements:Heavy Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and move drums up to 700 lbs using proper tools and techniques.Active Work: Must be comfortable with physical tasks that require walking, lifting, and handling raw materials.Safety Compliance: Willing to wear protective equipment such as respirators and chemical-resistant clothing when required.About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
