Commercial Real Estate Lawyer OH

Background Requirements:
• Minimum 3 to 4 years job experience as an attorney with commercial real estate experience.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Book of business preferred but not required.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio – Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus. (Firm willing to pay for additional Licensing if needed)
• 1500-1800 Billable hours required.
• Must be able to handle cases from inception to conclusion.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• No micromanagement. Attorneys are expected to run their portfolios like their own business. Support staff is provided, but attorneys are expected to review and sign off. (Must be a practitioner)
Benefits:
• Bonuses: Quarterly based off billing

• Dress Code: Casual – You are expected to dress for your day (Jeans and Polo if you have no court or meetings is acceptable)
• Onsite accounting department, IT department, and support staff.
• Practice Areas: Multiple and adding more regularly.
• In Office – Remote capabilities, allows flexibility to maintain work/life balance.
