Our superior benefits, focus on employee growth and development along with the high earning potential are just a few reasons you will want to consider joining Rallye Responsibilities Thoroughly explain aspects of buying or leasing to all customers using up‑to‑date product and pricing information. Follow up with and retain current and former customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events. Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per Acura internal customer surveys and external industry surveys by being highly responsive to customer needs and resolving problems and complaints quickly. Upgrade knowledge of Acura products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending trade shows and educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies. Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation. Use sales prospecting and follow‑up systems regularly to increase retail facility business via CDK, Eleads, Automotive Mastermind, etc. Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery. Requirements Current and valid driver’s license. Minimum of 2 years automotive sales experience required; previous Honda/Acura sales experience preferred. Excellent customer service experience. Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK & Eleads strongly preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills. Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relationships. Professional personal appearance. Benefits Industry leading payplan.
