Qualifications:
- Must have strong verbal and written communication.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be organized and able to perform multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze different types of data and information.
- Ability to investigate matters and make recommendations to effectively resolve issues in a manner that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
- Must be able to prioritize workload.
- Effective and accurate record keeping.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in MICROSOFT office products
- E-commerce familiarity
- Bi-Lingual Spanish
Primary Duties:
- Will work closely with Sr. Account Executives in all aspects of servicing accounts.
- Answer phones and emails in timely professional manner.
- Review quotes, vendor agreements, and customer required documentation for accuracy.
- Obtain from Plant Manager or warehouse samples for customers in a timely fashion.
- New customer / item set up process.
- Communicate with various departments internally as well as companywide.
- Maintain a positive customer relationship to assure continued business.
- Accurately enter customer purchase orders.
- Handle customer complaints from beginning to end.
- Prepare and submit credit memos with proper back up.
- Maintain accurate customer files electronically as well as hardcopy.
- Backup Customer Service positions.
- Participate in continued improvement process.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent
- 1– 3 years sales support
