Senior Principal GenAI Software Lead Architect - Oracle Health (US REMOTE) 6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Software Architect – AI Agent Platform We are seeking a hands‑on Software Architect with proven AI Agent platform experience to play a pivotal role in designing and delivering our next‑generation AI Agent Platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to influence engineering direction without direct management responsibilities. You will help shape the foundation that empowers developers to build, test, and deploy intelligent agents leveraging our data, knowledge layers, and event‑driven architecture. Job Description As an Architect, you will define the platform’s technical roadmap, create architectural blueprints, and solve complex design challenges—ensuring our solutions are scalable and secure. Key Responsibilities Define and own the architectural vision and technical roadmap for the AI Agent Platform. Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures across cloud‑native, microservices, and event‑driven systems. Lead architecture reviews, proofs‑of‑concept, and complex design problem‑solving. Partner with engineering teams to ensure architectural consistency, quality, and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developer relations to align technical design with business goals and developer experience needs. Establish and champion best practices for performance, reliability, security, and compliance. Provide technical mentorship and thought leadership to engineering teams without direct people management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of professional software development experience with a strong track record in system and platform architecture. Hands‑on expertise with AI Agent platforms, conversational AI, or intelligent automation systems (required). Expertise in cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and event‑driven systems. Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Java, Python). Experience designing developer platforms, SDKs, or APIs. Strong understanding of developer experience principles (documentation, onboarding flows, sandbox/test environments). Familiarity with security, authentication/authorization, and API management best practices. Experience in enterprise SaaS or healthcare systems is highly desirable. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 – $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
