Hours & Pay Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $50,000-$60,000 base + generous commission Employment Type: Direct hire/Remote Location: Candidates must live within the Dallas/Houston area What You'll Do Leverage your book of business to drive sales and generate leads Manage the entire sales cycle (cradle to grave) from prospecting to shipment Build and maintain long-term client relationships Deliver strategic freight solutions across various services: FTL, flatbed, reefer, dry van, power only, and expedite Operate within modern CRM and TMS systems to ensure efficient logistics coordination Why You'll Want to Join This Team This isn't your typical brokerage gig.
